This month my affirmation card is "I Am ... Proud"
I launched my children's (5 - 11 years) affirmation cards range "I Am ... I Can ... I Will ..." and excited to have them alongside the women and mens range

A = Amazing
M = Making A Difference
P = Passionate
R = Responsibility
O = Ownership
U = Understanding
D = Determined
Inspirational - Sharing my knowledge, life experiences and even 'break through' moments during challenging times, gave me the wonderful opportunity to grow, enlighten and encouage others to be stimulated to do something great. Can you be a positive infuencer?
Amazing - stepping into 'My Power' allowed me to glow and shine even more!
Making a difference - Making a difference today, will positvely impact someone or a situation. We don't need to see or hear the immediate impact, we just have to 'DO'. The act of making a difference is for others to experience .... SIMPLE!
Passionate - I am in love with fulfilling my goals whether they are working on short or long term. I fire up those feelings and lean into the joy of achieving my desires.
Responsiblity - Taking responsibility of myself is key to my personal freedom. Taking control and making choices/decisions will assist in having more positive experiences.
Ownership - Trusting in myself and being accountable even when vulnerabilities and shortcomings show up.
Understanding - Is knowing that my frame of reference, is not yours. Hearing, learning, empathising, practise being non-judgemental and caring helps me to be more considerate.
Determined - My determination to succeed has kept me motivated and focused, even through the challenges.
