We are less than week away from International Women's Day (IWD) on Monday March 8th and this year's theme is #ChooseToChallenge✋🏾. It actually feels like that is all we have been doing recently, managing the challenges of COVID-19. For women, challenge is constant and we must not give up on our drive to stand tall and be heard for all our achievements inside and out of the workplace. I Am Grateful …. As we come to the close of 2020, I take time to be still and reflect on the year just gone. This, I know, is a habitual routine for some, though this year, WOW!!!, where do I begin? It has been undeniably an unprecedented and incredibly challenging time for us all.  2020 will now be a defining year in the history books that our children and their children will read about for many years to come.
